I THRIVE
About Us

We provide free resources and educational information regarding survivorship of sexual violence, illness, and trauma alongside a portfolio of Heather Curtis MD's work.
Heather's efforts have included social media mental health and survivor awareness campaigns, community speaking engagements, as well as art and group therapy events, and provision of resources for survivors of trauma and illness.
We historically offered personal development and yoga therapy scholarships as well as home goods donations for survivors of trauma and illness in Utah, Idaho, and at international sites across the globe including in the United States, Thailand, India, and Greece.
Our efforts have included survivor advocacy and advocacy for appropriate ethical conduct amongst mental health providers and local resource providers who serve these populations as well as discourse surrounding survivor rights, campus and community safety. These efforts have included outreach to local and national ethics committees and the Utah Division of Professional Licensing.
At this time, this site primarily serves as an online resource portal, advocacy effort, and portfolio of past service.
