The Arts

Art therapy donations and virtual art therapy projects are up the pipeline for 2024! Stay tuned! It's going to be great!

In April 2019 we invited Mental Healthy Fit (formerly Create Reel Change) to join us for our Sex Assault Survivor month segment on ABC4 News Utah. We've continued to support their work and encourage their collaboration with our community partners.

Summer 2023 we completed our Kintsukuroi Project ACT, art, and advocacy portfolio including work ranging from 2014 to present day.

September 2024 we completed our Looking Glass Project sister series including work and performative art ranging 2021-2022 as well as national whistleblowing efforts 2022-2024 once the original project was retired to pursue investigative and reporting efforts related to local and state corruption.

Holistic Healing

Yearly Art & Giving Series 2020- current. We's donated yoga mats, coats, blankets, household comfort items to support local survivors of trauma at various community partners. Our artistic efforts have ranged from advocacy, performative, creative expression, and through donation and sharing of artistic supplies and interventions.

2020 - 2021 Six separate scholarships were given to assist local survivors of trauma to attend multiple personal development trainings a virtual Holistic Therapy & Training event

2016 - 2020 Guided visualization and meditation offerings during international advocacy work in Thailand and India

2020 scholarships to Upaya Yoga and Indra Yoga Institute for two survivors of sexual violence

Summer 2019 Samma Karuna Breathwork and meditation volunteer support person
Survivor Support Services

We are hopeful to begin offering individual vs group survivor support services by 2025 pending funding, resources, need, and availability.

2017 SLC VAMC 12 week volunteer co-therapist for veteran survivors of trauma, serving with lead therapist Annika Smith LCSW.

We maintain an assortment of digital media interventions and Recovery Offerings on our site.
