  1. 2023 advocacy for survivors of trauma at the Utah Department of Professional Licensing.

  2. 2023 advocacy for survivors of sexual violence and trauma within the national psychedelic science community

  3. 2019 advocacy for resident physicians and survivors of trauma with the University of Utah Office of Inclusion and Outreach and the Utah Anti-Discrimination and Labor Division

The Arts

  1. Art therapy donations and virtual art therapy projects are up the pipeline for 2024! Stay tuned! It's going to be great!

  2. In April 2019 we invited Mental Healthy Fit (formerly Create Reel Change) to join us for our Sex Assault Survivor month segment on ABC4 News Utah. We've continued to support their work and encourage their collaboration with our community partners.


  1. December 2021/January 2022 raising community awareness for survivors of trauma social media campaign

  2. January 2021 community mental health provider outreach effort aimed at reintroducing our organization and re-launching our survivor photo advocacy project (photo project now retired)

  3. Summer 2019 'Life is Art in Motion' social media campaign

Holistic Healing

  1. Yearly Holiday Giving Series 2020- Ongoing. We's donated yoga mats, coats, blankets, household comfort items to support local survivors of trauma at various community partners.

  2. 2020 - 2021 Six separate scholarships were given to assist local survivors of trauma to attend multiple personal development trainings a virtual Holistic Therapy & Training event

  3. 2016 - 2020 Guided visualization and meditation offerings during international advocacy work in Thailand and India

  4. 2020 scholarships to Upaya Yoga and Indra Yoga Institute for two survivors of sexual violence

  5. Summer 2019 Samma Karuna Breathwork and meditation volunteer support person

Survivor Support Services

  1. We are hopeful to begin offering individual vs group survivor support services by 2025 pending funding, resources, need, and availability.

  2. 2017 SLC VAMC 12 week volunteer co-therapist for veteran survivors of trauma, serving with lead therapist Annika Smith LCSW.
